Bulgaria's HR Capital raises 5 mln euro through convertible bond issue

Bulgarian investment firm HR Capital completed its first convertible bond issuance on the BEAM growth market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE), raising over 5 million euro ($5.76 million) through a public offering, the bourse said on Tuesday.
